This is what we did:
5x5 Back Squat
3 rounds of 1 min work 10 sec rest. Rotating between: Steve- Simon- Dave- Shayan
1. GHD Back Extensions
2. 45lbs Dead Lift
3. Air Squats
4. Push ups We need on of these!!
Jay had a hip flexor injury so he did Push ups and DB Push presses
21 min run. Aprox 2.5 miles
