Tuesday WOD




This is what we did:

5x3 Push Jerk

5 Rounds- Jay and Dave- 6:46

10 95lbs Dead lift
20 Air Squats

4 Rounds- Simon- Steve- Shayan-7:34

15 95lbs Dead lift
20 Air Squats
10 Push ups

7 Rounds

45lbs/55lbs Sumo Dead Lift High pull with weighted sled drag- + 25bls-45lbs 50yd down and back!!
