5x5 Bench press
"Filthy Fifty"
50 Box jumps 20"
50 Jumping pull ups
50 Walking lunge
50 Knees to elbows
50 sit ups
50 air squats
50 burpees
100 jump ropes
4x medium sprint to all out sprint over 40yds
Cool down
