Wednesday WOD


This is what we did.

5x3 Power Clean

30-40 min Conditioning Run

stadium stairs
squats
push ups
dips
hill sprints
zig zag run
bear crawl
lung walk
caterpillar walk
crab wald
wall hops
cool down run
stretch

There will be no Boot Camp tomorrow (Thursday).
I will be bringing the family home.
