Wednesday WOD

My Daughter Anna. Soon to be a big sister. Any day now!


This is what we did.
Conditioning run. The total run time was 45 minutes. Every few minutes we stopped and did:
push ups
squats
lunge walks
knees to chest
elevated push ups
hill and stair climbs
zig zag runs
jumped on top of rocks
jumped off rocks
jumped on to loading dock
bench jumps
leg levers
multi direction rope runs
modified pull ups
more squats
more lunges

3x10 45lbs sumo dead lift high pull

cool down
