This is what we did:
Warm up
A. 5 rounds for time
10 dumb bell push press
5 box jumps
B. 4x200 sprint- walk 200 for rest
C. Half of "Angie"
50 jumping pull ups
50 push ups
50 sit ups
50 air squats
Cool Down
