CrossFit main page rest day for me.
CrossFit Endurance:
Bike: 5 mile TT recover 2 min and do 2 x 2k holding 1m pace of 5 mile TT

4-2k-3:04 I did 4.
Note: Unfortunately I had to do this work out during the late morning traffic. I also made a few adjusmentst to my saddle. I think I have it know.
I hope to race in Nahant tomorrow but it looks like thunder and lightning.
