Since the boys are still on summer vacation and SJP Boot Camp has ended I will be posting the main site WOD. To keep me entertained I will also post my personal workouts. I hope to really step it up a notch the months of August and September. The plan is to do 2 swim workouts, 2 bike workouts, and 2 run work outs. I will be following the CrossFit Endurance WOD along with 3-4 main site WODS.

I hope that this intensity will prepare me for at least 3 or 4 more sprint triathlons.

Monday July 28:
16 X 10sec work by 20sec rest. Bike indoor trainer

CrossFit Total: This was horrible: Squat: 185lbs -Press:115lbs- Dead lift 245lbs. Since being mainly an endurance athlete for the past 10 years and not really doing any strength training I am lacking both power and strength. I have some real work to do.

Tuesday July 29:
7 x 400 : 2 min rest- 1:38-1:30-1:27-1:28-1:26-1:20-1:23

Helen: 3 rounds of 400 m run- 21 55lbs Dumb bell swings- 12 pull ups.
Subbed 400 m row for the run at the local YMCA. 10:08 You should have seen the looks I was getting.
