I'm passing on the Nahant Tri tonight. Instead I got some quality work outs in for the remainder of my Tri season. This is what I did:
100 - 65lbs Over head Squats - 8:20
Swim: 100 swim- 100 kick(zoomers and a board)-100 pull( paddles and buoy)
5 x 100 on 2 min -1:38-1:39-1:37-1:39-1:39
2:00 min rest
10 x 50 on 1 min-43-45-46-47-47-46-48-48-48-48
I'm embarrassed to admit that I haven't been in the pool in about a month and it shows.
I'll be racing the Whitch City Tri Aug 10th, Ipswich Tri Aug 22nd ( If I'm not on vacation) and end the season at the Maine Pumkinman Tri September 6th.
