Tuesday WOD

This is what the boys did today.

1/4 mile warm up run

Skill: with PVC, shoulder press- push press- push jerk

5x1 shoulder press
5x3 push press
5x5 push jerk

5 rounds for time

5 burpees
50 yd hill climb with dumb bells

Tabata sit ups

1/2 mile cool down run.
