Since we are not in school on the weekends the guys are encouraged to “get a work out in”. The students that are crossfitting at this time are preparing for next year. We have football players, wrestlers, basketball players, and fencers. Great work this week!! I think they are starting to understand that "working out" isn't just about benching and biceps. I can REALLY see a difference in the guys and the gains that they have made.

I’ll be competing in my first triathlon of the season this Sunday. 250yd swim/10mile bike/ 3 mile run. I’ll keep you posted on the results.
