Tuesday WOD


Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

CrossFit is so FREAKING tough,

I know it will soon make me BUFF,

Every single time I BENCH,

It makes my lips so very quenched.

My arms, they start to SHAKE and QUIVER,

I can feel the PAIN deep down in my liver.

My back it CURLS, My legs they SHAKE,

I PUSH the bar up, and EARN my CAKE.
