Monday WOD

The tallies for next year are in. This year we had 60 Sophomores take CrossFit. Next year 79 boys signed up to take this great class. The word is spreading!! Thanks guys for your hard work, dedication, and getting the word out.


It's going to be in the 50's today so we are going to do some running,

WU: Run Drills

WOD: Death by 10 yards. Start with a 10 yard sprint and work your way up to 100 yards ( 10-20-30-etc...). Work your way back down if time.
