I wanted to thank you for the nutrition presentation you posted on SJP CF. It is very informative and helpful. Over the holidays, I ballooned up to 200 LB because I ate everything in sight. At 5'10", that is too big and way above my "racing" weight of 180. At the beginning of 2010, I became disciplined with my eating. I instituted some of your recommendations, especially no high glycemic foods to my daily routine. One month later, I am down to 193, I feel great, I am getting stronger, and killing my WOD's. At this rate, I should be at my goal weight by Spring. The best part is I have my kids eating almonds and avocados on a regular basis!
