Not to toot my own horn, but up at 4:15 AM swimming at Salem State College with my brother Marty and the guys. Coach Craig Lewin gave us a good dose of 3600 yds. Then off to the gym for a strength work out. Home by 8:10AM and the Family was still sleeping. Getting it done!!
