Monday WOD

This is what we did.

Warm up

5x3 Back Squat

5x3 Bench Press

AMRAP in 20min

5 Jumping pull ups
10 Dumb bell swings

15 Air Squats

This week is the beginning of week four. We have a new comer Simon and Matt is back from week one. Simon met Mr. Pukie. Cheerios didn't sit well with today's WOD.
