Deadlift (225lbs/185lbs)
Dips (x2)Bench Dips
Knees to elbows (x2)

Notes:
Multiply the dips and KTEs by 2 (42 - 30 - 18).
The boys used 185lbs, bench dips, and did more of a knee raise. That being said, GREAT WORK!!!
