Monday WOD








WOD from Crossfitoneworld
Complete 4 rounds of:
  • Max reps bodyweight deadlifts
  • Max reps bodyweight bench press

You may rest as long as you wish between exercises. During the deadlift, you may only stop with the weight on the floor long enough to make sure you are in the right start position (no longer than 2-3 seconds). If your trainer says your form is bad, your set is done! If you can't use the rx'd weight for either exercise, scale it back but push yourself!
