Eastern States 20 miler

Just a quick update on my Ironman training. On Sunday I traveled up to Kittery, ME to run the Eastern States 20 mile race. Last time i ran this coastal race I ran 2:40:20 (8:01-mi). Yesterday I ran 2:28:50 (7:26-Mi). I'd like to thank my Coach Jeff Capobianco of Breakthrough Performance Coaching for his knowledge, commitment, and guidance during my journey to racing Ironman USA in Lake Placid New York.

My Brother Marty also ran and completed the 20 miler on a brutal windy day. This is the longest distance he ever ran and did a fantastic job. We both have a lot of work to do but with Jeff's programming we can only improve. Great job Marty. You hung in there on a very difficult day.
