Thursday WOD


I just got a call form the guys at FITWERX telling me that my power tap is in. I can't wait to see the positive change in my cycling power output. Yes, New England is covered in two plus feet of snow but that isn't slowing down my off season training.


WOD:
Five rounds for time of: Scale weights and reps as needed
2 pood Kettlebell swings, 25 reps( 50lb Dumbbell)
25 GHD Sit-ups
25 Back Extensions
25 Knees to Elbows
