Monday WOD

SJP Fitness Boot Camp starts today at 8:00am.

Dynamic Warm up
Squat technique with PVC
7x3 squat

  • 5 Pull-ups (jumping option)
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Squats
As many rounds in 20min
Cool down

We had 9 boys to start the SJP Boot Camp. Their ability and skills are very diverse, perfect for Crossfitting. After a dynamic warm up the boys practiced squatting with pvc pipes, then did 7X3 back squats. Cindy scores were great for day 1. We shortened the time to 10min. I wanted them to come back tomorrow.
