Friday WOD

"CrossFit Total"

Back squat, 1 rep
Shoulder Press, 1 rep
Deadlift, 1 rep

Explanation: You are trying to get your best 1 rep max of each exercise. This does not mean you are only doing 1 rep of each and your workout has ended. You are suppose to do the CrossFit Warmup, and then you would do 1 rep of each exercise adding weight each time until you have reached the point where you can't add any more. This will be your 1 rep total for that exercise.You then add up the weight for these 3 exercises and post to comments. If you can get over 1000, you are pretty damn good.
