It's Official!

Just got word from CrossFit. SJP is official.
I will be posting the work out of the day (WOD) from the main site.
There will also be other "scaled" workouts available.

Run 400 meters
30 Box jump, 24 inch box
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
